2018 Freshman Year: Won 2nd Place in the State-wide Issues Forum for a proposal on Criminal Justice Reform, and co-authored a special committee bill regarding the prevention of underage online contraband purchase, which was passed and signed into Y&G law.
2019 Sophomore Year: Ran for Executive Director of Lobbyists
Campaigned at School and District for local elections before going to Springfield, Illinois for the Annual Convention in March 2019
In Springfield, there were 2 candidates on the ballot from about 100 schools and electorate consisted of all the lobbyists across the State of Illinois.
Campaign Speech was about the importance of the lobbyists function and the help I could provide in making this more effective for fellow lobbyists
